INTRODUCTION

This Terms of Service is an agreement between Customer and SpyHack GrouP ("Agreement") and applies to Customer's order(s) with SpyHack GrouP. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY and retain it for future reference.

SpyHack GrouP may revise these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, by updating SpyHack GrouP site.

Customers who are actively using our services agree to periodically consult this website for updates, changes or amendments to this Agreement. SpyHack GrouP may, but is under no obligation to, provide notices of any amendment, modification or update of this Agreement via e-mail to active Customers.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By accessing this site (SpyHack GrouP), and using products or services from the site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

SpyHack GrouP will not knowingly provide information or services to persons who intend to conduct illegal or malicious activities. By requesting/ordering information & services from us, you certify that you intend to use the information for lawfully acceptable purposes and you are responsible for any and all violations.

All data provided by SpyHack GrouP are for information and research purposes only. You should assume that information obtained by SpyHack GrouP would not be permitted as evidence in a court of law, as the admissibility of evidence is determined solely by the judge on a case by case basis.

SpyHack GrouP will be in no way liable for your use of our services and we will not be held responsible if you get into legal issues due to misuse of our services. Therefore, you are fully responsible for all consequences of using our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY SpyHack GrouP

We don`t have any partnership or alliance with Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or AOL. If you lost your password from these sites you have to first contact the curresponding authority. Our service consists of the recovery of passwords using our proprietary software and methodology. We cannot guarantee 100% results. Our success rate is about 80% The success depends upon the type of accounts and type of passwords. We will not charge money if we cannot recover the password requested

At SpyHack GrouP we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose any information about your case or any of your personal information of anyone involved in your case.

PAYMENT OBLIGATION, RENEWALS AND CANCELLATION

a. Payment Obligation:

Once we provide proof to you that we have obtained the requested password, we require that full payment to be received before we will supply the password to you.

You warrant and represent that the information you supply in the Order Form (and/or other information that SpyHack Group may require) is accurate and truthful.

To prevent fake/bogus orders to be submited, we have reserved the right to reverse the request and provide to your victim with all the details which we gather when we receive the request (your full name, email, IP and ISP address, city, country, operating system etc) and also all your details will pe posed on our website. Same applies to the request which do not reply within 7 (seven) days of sending the proofs.

It takes a great deal of time to research and fulfill your request, and you have an obligation to compensate SpyHack GrouP as your part of the contract. Once full payment has been received, we will e-mail the password to you and then immediately delete all personal information about you from our data base.

b. Cancellation:

Once you have submitted an order to the SpyHack Group, for the next 14 days you may NOT cancel the service(s) or a cancellation fee will be assessed. Once your order has been received, our team will go to work on your request immediately. If you wish to cancel the service(s) you have requested, there is a cancellation fee of $50.00 US imposed to help offset our costs.

c. Failure to provide Timely Service:

SpyHack Group will go to work on your request immediately. However, it may take several days or in some rare cases, several weeks to fulfill the contract, depending on the usage habits of the Target and other factors beyond our immediate control.

SpyHack GrouP is not responsible for any delays in internet communication with the customer that may occur, whether due to external network disruptions/error or negligence of SpyHack GrouP. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, equipment failure and any and all other service delays or interruptions.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES

You must be over the age of 18 in order to use our services, as minors are strictly prohibited from using our services.

Your IP address will be recorded when you submit your request. In case of violation of our Terms of Services, we will be able to identify you with ease and we reserve the right to report you to law enforcement authorities under certain circumstances (fraud, identity theft etc).

You agree that SpyHack GrouP may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate your access to the Site and any account(s) you may have in connection with us. Access to the Site may be monitored by SpyHack GrouP and we have full rights to filter out any clients from using our services.

By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms hereof and by any revisions.
