This is a step by step guide on HOW TO USE our services.

Step One

Please read the whole site, including the FAQs page and our Terms&Conditions to understand what we do. You must be more than 18 years old for using our services.

Step Two

Please make sure you can afford 100USD (or equivallent into your currency), because this is a fixed price non negotiable and please do not mail us asking to do it for free no matter wath the reason is. We will simply delete such mails.

Step Three

If you have decided to submit a request with us, you have made the best decision because we are the best in this industry. Fill in the REQUEST/ORDER form to the best of your knowledge. We accept also requestes which are sent via email to spyhackgroup@gmail.com with full information required as the ORDER FORM - but please notice that every request which is submited trough our online order form is indexed and better processed.

Step Four

After you have sent us the request, for you as customer you don`t have do to anything else because we will review your submission for authenticity and possible spam and we will start to work on your request in a few minutes after your submision.

Step Five

After we have got the password (we need for this max. 72 hrs but in rare cases we need up to 2 weeks) we will send you a confirmation email along with the payment instructions and some proofs that we have done the job. Please wait patiently in case if you haven`t received anything from us after 3 days, because somethime we need up to 2 weeks.

We will not waste your time with something that we can`t do.

As proof that we have done the job, we will send to you a few screenshots from inside of your target`s account: inbox, sent item, address book or contact list, or a copy of your last mail to your target.

Step Six

We give you 3 days to verify the proofs. If you are well satisfied, you can confirm your order by mailing us with your preffered payment method (PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram or MoneyBookers).

Step Seven

After it`s confirmed your payment, we will send you the password which is currently in use by your target.

The average time between you have sent us money and we will send you the password, it`s less than 30 min. but is depended upon your selected method of payment and somethime it will be max 3 hours.
